This offer describes the terms for digital materials, courses, and individual or group sessions by Dash of Movement.
1. Provider and support

2. Subject
The buyer orders access to educational movement and somatic learning materials, as well as individual or group sessions in the selected format. The contents, price and description are shown on the relevant product or service page before confirmation.
3. Payment
Payment uses the method selected at checkout. Recorded lessons and courses are paid online only. For cashless payment, the server fixes the order contents and price before redirecting to the payment provider; an order is paid after a verified payment provider notification. When a session is paid in cash, the time is reserved immediately until the booking is cancelled, cash is paid at the session, and the payment is recorded automatically after the session. When an online club subscription or a gift certificate is bought for cash, access or the certificate is issued after the Provider confirms receipt of the money.
4. Digital delivery
Digital materials are delivered automatically after confirmation: on the order page and by email. Direct public material pages are closed; access opens only through a personal link. If the email does not arrive, contact support.
5. Sessions and bookings
For individual sessions, the buyer selects an available time. A cashless checkout holds that time until its payment window ends. Cash bookings have no expiry and remain reserved until cancellation. A cancellation email is sent to the buyer; contact support if this is a mistake. In-person group classes are booked through the organizer link, without payment on this site.
6. Online club
An online club subscription gives access to a private Telegram channel with Zoom broadcasts of group classes and an archive of recordings for the selected period: 7, 30 or 90 days. The trial week is available to new members only, once. Prices are shown on the club page. The subscription is paid in advance and does not renew automatically. The channel link is sent by the Dash of Movement Telegram bot or by email. The bot sends a reminder one day before the period ends. When the period ends, access closes and the member is removed from the channel; to continue, pay for a new period.
7. Gift certificates
A gift certificate is a six-digit code for the number of individual sessions of the selected format stated in its description. After payment, the code is sent to the recipient by email. The recipient chooses a free time on the site and enters the code when booking. The terms of each certificate are shown on its page.
8. No medical promises
Dash of Movement materials and sessions are educational practices. They do not replace diagnosis, treatment, medical care or a doctor’s consultation. The site does not guarantee a medical result or relief from pain.
9. Refunds

10. Personal data
Buyer data is used to create the order, contact the buyer, deliver access and meet payment service requirements. See the privacy policy.
11. Final terms
The buyer accepts this offer by confirming the checkout terms and paying the order. Creating a cash request is not itself payment or acceptance until the money is actually given to the Provider. Russian law applies to the agreement. Claims may be sent through the Provider contacts, and the parties will first seek an out-of-court resolution.
