Privacy policy
Dash of Movement processes only the data needed to create an order, handle payment status, deliver access and contact the buyer.

Data collected
- name;
- email;
- phone or Telegram, if provided by the buyer;
- order contents, amount, payment status and technical order or provider identifiers when a provider is used.
Purposes
Data is used to create an order or booking, send a personal material link, contact the buyer, provide support and keep access records.
Legal bases
- contract performance or pre-contract steps: order creation, booking and access delivery;
- consent: contact details and acceptance of checkout terms;
- legitimate interest: support, error handling and access re-sending;
- legal obligation: payment and document records when required by law.
Payment data
Bank card details are not requested or stored on the Dash of Movement site. At payment, the buyer is redirected to the selected payment service, which processes payment credentials under its own terms and privacy policy.
Consent and retention
At checkout, the site records the accepted terms version, language and server consent time. Data is kept only as long as needed to fulfil the order, support the buyer and meet record-keeping requirements. Order and access data is normally kept for support and purchase confirmation; payment documents may be kept longer when required by law.
Third parties
Data may be shared with payment services, email delivery services, site infrastructure and Telegram if the buyer chooses Telegram contact. Sharing is limited to what is needed for order fulfilment and support.
International transfers
Site, email, payment or messenger infrastructure may be located outside the buyer’s country. Contractual and technical safeguards available for the selected service are used where applicable.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent or objection where applicable. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority in your country; in Portugal this is Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
