This offer describes the terms for digital materials, courses, and individual or group sessions by Dash of Movement.
1. Provider and support

2. Subject
The buyer orders access to educational movement and somatic learning materials, as well as individual or group sessions in the selected format. The contents, price and description are shown on the relevant product or service page before confirmation.
3. Payment
Payment is made by the method selected at checkout. Cash may be offered for any paid item. Choosing cash creates a request valid for 48 hours; the request itself is not a payment. The buyer gives its number to the Provider, and materials, booking confirmation or access are issued only after the Provider confirms receipt of the money. A request is cancelled automatically if cash is not confirmed within 48 hours. For cashless payment, the server fixes the order contents and price before redirecting to the payment provider; an order is paid only after a verified provider notification.
4. Digital delivery
Digital materials are delivered automatically after confirmation: on the order page and by email. Direct public material pages are closed; access opens only through a personal link. If the email does not arrive, contact support.
5. Sessions and bookings
For individual or group work, the buyer chooses an available time or leaves a request. A cashless checkout holds the time until its payment window ends. A cash request holds the selected time or place for no more than 48 hours; the booking is confirmed after the Provider records receipt of the money.
6. No medical promises
Dash of Movement materials and sessions are educational practices. They do not replace diagnosis, treatment, medical care or a doctor’s consultation. The site does not guarantee a medical result or relief from pain.
7. Refunds

8. Personal data
Buyer data is used to create the order, contact the buyer, deliver access and meet payment service requirements. See the privacy policy.
9. Final terms
The buyer accepts this offer by confirming the checkout terms and paying the order. Creating a cash request is not itself payment or acceptance until the money is actually given to the Provider. Russian law applies to the agreement. Claims may be sent through the Provider contacts, and the parties will first seek an out-of-court resolution.
